Dried Mango

Mango having a botanical name Mangifera indica is a well known and loved tropical tree species belonging to the genus Mango. The fruit is rich in fiber as well as vitamins A and C. Mangoes are generally sweet, although the taste and texture of the flesh varies across cultivars.

They are used in many cuisines. Sour, unripe mangoes are used in Mangoes chutneys , pickles, daals , yogurt and other side dishes.
